What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Otter "Sapeli" (the wood, not "saber") with handle modified by me. 100 mm blade, carbon steel, lever lock has absolutely no play. Very sturdy and reliable and not too heavy, although it would need a belt pouch. This is made also with a back lock.

I'm confident that the two-headed eagle on the upper knife is the Mount Athos eagle, but I'm not going to try to photograph enough tilts and squints to convince others.

I've ordered a sachet of shields that should be pretty close. It kills me to pay $6 shipping for a $1 item, but I decided to pretend it's a $7 item rather than buy a knife to make me feel better about the $6 shipping.

I tried a glue-and glitter shield, but the knife has too much self-respect to stand for that.

It’s a dreary Monday, I’ve got a cold, so I'm stuck working from home (which I’ll admit I’m glad I can do), but hey, I have ALL of the choices at least 😁

This isn’t all of them, just the top picks for today. No one can tell me I can’t fiddle with my knife while I work in my own office 😂

s'long as you don't start leaking red stuff on important documents, desk, carpet ... or short out the keyboard with ither ketchup soup (AKA: "Tomato Soup", even tho all the canned stuff tastes like watered down ketchup. 🤮), or the red stuff that is only "juice" to a Vampire and 'skeeters? 😇
