Today my wife and I crossed the border into the good old USA and picked up a very generous package from fellow porchster J Just Tom.
Muchas gracias mi amigo :) !

At a parking lot in the good old USA, opening the package with excitement and admiring its contents.

I'm impressed with how close they got the nail nick to the spine of the blade on the electrician's knife. These are classics.
I suppose they cut the slim swedge afterwards, which makes it look closer to the spine. But I agree with your assessment. Thanks!
Isn't cracked corn also used for Hominy and/or Grits, among other things?🤔

I hope you enjoy them as much as I am enjoying the knives you sent me  I also hope it wasn’t a huge inconvenience to have to cross the border to get them…
All of them probably need a proper edge put on them - I probably should have done that, but I was anxious to get them in the mail while I had the chance
