This is a Wood Jewel puukko that I modified. I took a lot of material off the handle and shortened it to my specs. I made a back bolster of a bronze medal from a archery competition. The blade was left black from the factory so I polished it roughly. After all that the original sheath did not fit so I made a new one. The blade is a basic puukko blade from Laurin Metalli, many Finnish makers use those. The peen I made could be better and whole thing could use some finishing, but this fits my hand and works well.

I've been carrying the barrel 3 blade for a while now. Really like the steel and the edge I can get. These French knives are addicting.
