Beautiful weather here in Santa Cruz. I saw quite a few otters 🦦 on my walk yesterday. I watched a video of a great white shark that was pretty close to shore. Lots of young great whites hang out by the remnants of the old cement boat in Aptos. Today I’m mainly just hanging out at home. Some of my dahlias are starting to get flowers. I’ll do some reading. I just finished a new biography about Skip Spence. I love Moby Grape. And I’m almost finished with Tripped: Nazi Germany, the CIA and the Dawn of the Psychedelic Age. And I’ll carry one of these two today.

LM back "within reach" on the Rollator.
Mr. Sir Hercules joins the Huntsman as part of carry, clipped to 03:00/15:00 belt loop.
Put the SVORD (full size) Peasant (with custom para cord fob) in its "customized" (to work) sheath/pouch on belt, "behind" Sir Mr. Herc's belt loop.

Beautiful knives, Kurt! Our Dahlias have just started to come up out of the ground. Here in Central, NY we have to dig up the bulbs every fall and store them inside over the winter, then replant them in the spring. It's a nuisance but the blooms are worth it!

We caught another field mouse during the night. Reminds me of my old hunting days so I'm carrying this Remington 1991 repro Mini Trapper made by Camillus. No, no, no, I'm not gonna skin the rascal - just throw him in the dumpster. Sausage and ???? for breakfast.

Thanks Gary. It’s warm enough here I can leave them in the ground. I usually dig them up and give them to my friend. This year I planted more zinnias. I am an extremely lazy gardener and take pride in doing as little as possible but just enough to look ok. Martha Stewart would be appalled.
