What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Been away for the better part of the last two weeks. I know I don't post often but I lurk most days as I love to see what everyone else on the porch is carrying. I have more than 20 pages of traditional knife goodness to go through!
In any case, here is my most recent acquisition and the knife I've been carrying the most recently. I'm smitten! Happy monday everyone.

I am the same way. Alrhough there are many opportunities to carry the “special” knives, such as going to church, when there is little risk of hard use or losing one. For me, that means the antiques. I am not likely to risk cracking old peachseed bone while bumbling around the garden. Every new GEC (not that many) is fair game for getting used the way it was made to be.

On the other hand, I respect the actual collectors among us who keep their knives in as new condition~ especially when they share the photos. We’re all in the same family of trad knife lovers.
