Birthday today, not much on the agenda so far. I'm mostly just enjoying a day off of work with Mrs. Hoovie. We're just getting some stuff ready for my sister's baby shower tomorrow & then later this afternoon we're going to hit up the oyster bar in town.
The Winchester seemed appropriate since we're both from the same year & how can you have oysters without a pearl Case in pocket?...



Btw the pics don't do the Case justice. It's hard to catch the iridescence in the pearl...

I have a lot of catching up to do in this thread! Still enjoying the heck out of this stag viper, and have paired it with my latest acquisition and first SAK. Made a lanyard with a quick release keychain to hook on a belt loop and hang in my pocket or inside my waist band, depending.

I actually bought three SAKs at once, just to see what they are about… the cadet, a classic, and a pioneer x. The cadet and classic are already hooked up and riding along. I really like the pioneer x, but it’s quite a chunk of metal, so it may be heading back, unless I’m convinced otherwise!
