What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

been fiddling with this one again alot lately
i love her, but it seems like i just cant get her as sharp as my case CV blades nor keep an edge for as long. Now my 301 doesnt have this problem, i am beginning to wonder if i got a bum 309. I sharpen her up and she feels pretty good and i open her up a few hours later to check the blade (cause hey we crazy right) and its like it has gone dull and i havent done anything with it.

i mean, she will still cut, but she doesnt maintain a real sharp edge for some reason ....Confuzzling

 
Rough Rider camp knife. I just got this yesterday. The blade needed some sharpening, but that was a relatively easy job. The action on this knife is actually better than many Case knives I have handled. The springs are flush both open and closed. They are a bit on the stiff side, especially the can opener is a nailbreaker. Everything is well finished. I would say this is an excellent value for money.

How'd you find it? The F&F I mean?

Is it quite chunky?

That Ablett is a looker Jack :) I keep meaning to pick one of his up, but had some issues with ordering last time I got the urge. Might have to treat myself to one in the near future.

Usual again today, really can't fault this knife.
