That micarta lamb is something else!
Thanks Bob. I love the bare ends alsoThe height of Case's greatness. What a beauty Bart. Love those bare ended styles.
If you’re talking about a utility blade knife, you should get a cool, old Stanley. Much more character than the modern ones and more fun to use because of it.![]()
These two reported for Micarta Monday duty. Back to Home Despot now for more drywall, one of my least favorite tasks. I'll be forced to use that accursed razor knife, my least favorite blade ever.
It is a 32. I don't normally spend that kind of money on a knife, but this one seemed worth it.That is a very sweet looking 32 (I think?).
Today, most likely the rest of the week too!

Thanks! Yes, it's a modded Schrade 196. I won it in a GAW from GlennDoes that say 196 in the tang? Cuz that’s what I think it is. Florist’s Grafting Knife. Same late ‘40s as my Camillus 23 Jacks. Different companies, but both came in Ivoroid scales. Real nice knife![]()
Agreed I bought an old un for the same reasons. Thanks Bob. I love the bare ends also

I guess it depends on if they're still breathing or not.One of my own creations; not sure if it’s a skinner, or a fighter; paired with the KC Mule.View attachment 2680279View attachment 2680280
