What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Visiting my son near Denver a few years ago, he told me that there had been an epidemic of people achieving serious hand damage ~ severed ligaments ~ by cutting avocados while holding them in their hand.
Drive the knife in, it hits the big seed inside, slips off, and continues right into their hand. It was happening often enough that the city ran “How To Cut Avocados” public service announcements on tee vee.
It’s like an entire generation grew up never toting or using a knife.

Beautiful. I grew some Dale’s Best that looked just like some of yours.
I brought in some Brandywines yesterday.

#32 came in earlier in the week. Today was its first trip out along with the #81 as I can’t/wont put it away so it’s Tommy 2 Knives for the foreseeable.

The 32 is another beautiful little number that doesn’t seem to get much love?
Really nice shape and weight to play with in the hand.
