What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Drive the knife in, it hits the big seed inside, slips off, and continues right into their hand. It was happening often enough that the city ran “How To Cut Avocados” public service announcements on tee vee.
It’s like an entire generation grew up never toting or using a knife.😂

No it just glistens in various hues depending on the light,I dont put anything on the handle. 😁

Is there a reccomendation for looking after it?
 
I think I got the lightest green of any of these recent TC’s.
