Thanks buddy, much appreciated.👍 I've only been able to get out for a day and a half of hunting this season but got lucky when a young buck gave me the perfect shot situation on the second morning sit. Meat in the freezer is good.:)

Warms my heart to see a fellow grandpa and friend get to spend some quality time with his grandkids. That will be a great memory for those youngsters. I can hear the story now about how they repaired that machine while grandpa watched. ;):)

I carried a Winchester duo today. Yellow bone moose cigar frame and wood handled two blade pen knife sleeveboard in the watch pocket.

Imperial 'Double Eagle' Pioneer Stockman, CASE 10375 Stockman, Buck 60th Anniversary 110, Rough Ryder RR2165 Cinnamon Bone Stag Canoe (with real/actual stainless steel Damascus - not faux laser etched "Damascus" - blades), SAK L.E. 'Swiss Spirit' Companion.

These were also somewhat in the running, but were eliminated for various causes:
CASE 3318CV stockman ("too small"), Ka Bar 1108 Stockman (stainless) (too small), Combo Knife and Catapult (Stainless 'Tanto' blade), Large Swing Blade/"Funny Knife" (Swing blade; Stainless 'Tanto' Blade. I have zero use/"need" for a Tanto blade. I am not taking out enemy sentries (I is an Civilian, and too old for that task, anyway), nor do I use a knife to pry open wood cases/crates. The "gods" (or "demons"?) invented pry bars for the latter task. 😇👍), CASE - CARHARTT 63087SS, Stockman, Ka Bar 1081 (Stainless!) Stockman,
The 63087SS and 1081 are great knives, but much smaller than I normally tote.

I have arrived to the conclusion I cannot choose just one.
They ALL "stand out". Aside from the two solo 'tanto' blades, they all have a useful blade/blade combination, and "click all the boxes" for me.
Hence it is "impossible" for me to pick just one, especially since several pair well with each other and/or something else in my collect ... "Accumulation". 🤨😇👍

All the strong contenders were gifted to me. 😇

The Case 10375SS was won in a GAW. Someone else used his entry to nominate/play for me and won. 🤯 I consider the 19375SS a gift. Admittedly, That was one of the few GAWS I entered this year. Obviously, Eagle (forget "Par" 🤔🤨)for the course, my entry was not drawn.
I think my own entry has been drawn twice in the 10 years (🤯😳🤯 has it been that long??? 🤯😳😳 it don't feel like it.) I have been a BF member.
In two other GAW's my name wasn't drawn, but I still got a Knife: Charlie's 142122 Tom's Back Barlow ("People's Choice" award; 9 or 10 nominated me), and a Old Timer 858, which was at the time an unobtainium price-wise for me Grail knife.
(The GAW host had at least three. He sent one to the winner, and me, since it was one of my Grail knives, and he kept at least one.)

I sure hope Ms. Summer gets back from her vacation soon. I miss her greatly. ☹️🥺

I over trimmed furry face last month. 😭
I R MUCH EWWwwglier than I recalled without, AND looked 20 or 30 years older. 🤨
Furry is growing back ... but without any of the original dark brown 🤨 ittle be to second shirt button in a month or so, and hiding my bowtie again. 😊👍 (shame it don't get more than a bit over 3 hands. ☹️)

I had no idea another package was planned.
Your last sentance has me a bit concerned. It sounds expensive ... much more than I am worth. 😳

Yes, you are worth it. I don't recall if it costs more than a Buck 110 LE in Magnacut tho...
 
I may be getting on a bit but I still like a bit of Beaver. 🤭

As I had totally forgotten I had bought this (until I saw it in one of my photos) it feels like a bit of a freebie so I may as well use it.😁

Sat in my back garden directly in front of the sun its warm enough for shorts and a tee shirt.:cool:

What a joy at this time of year on the day the clocks go back and the start of the dark days beckons.:oops:
