I copied @Johnnythefox’s patented Sharpie paint job on my Vic Harvester. I like it.
Next time, I think I’ll use some left over tinted guitar lacquer in Surf Green.

Car guys, or should I say old guys, will remember Surf Green from ‘57 GM cars. Fender and Gibson used automotive paint for their solid color guitars in the ‘50s and ‘60s. If it had nice grain, they used sunburst or some other translucent finish, but plain or ugly grain, usually alder or poplar, got a solid color finish.

The only knives I can think of in this color were Girl Scout knives. I think r8shell r8shell and 5K Qs 5K Qs each have one.

Where you been, Rachel?

Why does every page feature a big click bait ad now? I don’t need to try this one weird trick to erase facial wrinkles or see her racy bikini photos.

Yep, I have one of those Girl Scout knives.

Hey, Jeff. I'm still around. It's been a busy time and I just gave up on keeping up with daily totin' threads. It started feeling like another part time job. ;)

A paying membership and/or adblocker software is the only way I know to avoid the ads.

I'm toting my (modified) Pony Jack today, too.

Never fails. 2:15 on Election Day is the recipe for no waiting in line.

There were signs all over Rotterdam (Netherlands) for US Election viewing parties. Always good to be in the company of friends from around the world to remind you of the blessing we have in this country to vote.

I didn’t get to ride on the Pancake Boat…but I wanted to.

Just thought I would rattle your cage and make you stick your head up.
Keep on being well, my friend.

Jeff, I have a Girl Scout knife, but it's not your favored Surf Green color. I'd say mine is "regular" green jigged bone.

I wonder if you're seeing ads because your BF membership expired. When you mentioned the ads, I looked at the avatar next to your post and there's no "membership category" (Basic, Gold, etc.) listed under your username.

Stag/Horn Knife of the Week is a Marble's ram's horn sowbelly stockman:

Work Knife of the Week is an amber jigged bone Rough Rider small work knife (RR's version of a Sodbuster Jr., I'd say):

Case Knife of the Week is a blue jigged bone mini copperhead with wharncliffe main:

Colonial/Imperial/Schrade Knife of the Week is a red Imperial BSA camp knife (thanks, Paul):
