Thanks y'all.
If you want to make them they are pretty simple.
Set out the cream cheese at room temp to soften & then halve the jalapenos & remove the seeds & ribs (that's where most of the heat is). Then just precook the bacon (oven or pan, your choice) & dice it up separately. While the bacon is cooking I finely chop up some garlic & saute it in a pan with butter (or oil of your choice). Then just combine everything with the softened cream cheese along with salt/pepper/other seasonings (chipotle powder is nice btw)
After that just fill the peppers with the mixture & bake/grill at 350-375°F for about 20 mins or so, just untill they start to get golden brown on top & watch so the bottom doesn't burn.
Sorry for the vagueness, I guess I'm just taking after my parents & grandparents when I ask them for a recipe, a handful here a scoop there... You gotta use your best judgement...

Helpful hint: Rubber gloves of some kind are worth their weight in gold when cutting up peppers. Not just for your hands but to keep from spreading the pepper oil on other stuff.
Anyway, keeping it on the knife track, here's a fun pic from the kitchen workspace
