What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Wonderful job! Is this Camelbone? Whatever, really suits the knife. Time you went into mass-production ;)
Thank you. I originally thought it was camel bone, but looking through my order from where I bought the bone, it’s giraffe.

My next project is going to be putting buffalo horn on a cheap Queen half-Congress. Maybe one day I’ll be comfortable working on other peoples knives 😅

Had this one on me since I finished it.

Just for fun, it would be nice to see before and after shots. If you have a before shot.
Were you a little hesitant to bust apart an expensive knife? I would be.
Nice looking knife🤙
Looks delicious.
That crumb on the left made me wipe the screen on my phone.
I make something similar and it’s gotten to the point where if I show up at a neighborhood party without them, people wonder where they are.
“And ye shall know them by their good works.”

SAK of the Week is a preowned Explorer:

I like the toolset on the Explorer. I’d really like them for the frequent times I’m reading ingredients ~ always fine print, and I’ve left my reading glasses out in the car.
Four layers for a SAK is ideal for variety of tools and still not being too lunky. And the inline phillips is much better than a phillips as a back tool.

I was definitely hesitant to start hammering on a perfectly fine GEC, but I got it for a good deal with the intent of doing this project so I just had a few drinks and went for it.
