I finished up my dark brown over orange bone dye jobs last night. I am really pleased with my Case-Bose WT that I have owned for 12 years.

Internet was down when I got up this morning hense this late post. Eight to ten inches of snow yesterday and last night probably had somehing to do with the internet. Just got back from town. Usual stops. Our road hadn't been plowed when we left for town but had had one pass by the time we got home. Had a 2002 SS Vintage Bone Sowbelly in my pocket for the trip to town.

This one belonged to an old neighbor of mine & his son inherited it. I'm going to do what I can to clean it up & get it back serviceable. Like your grandfather he also brought his back from Japan during the second W.W.
He wanted to get a bayonet to go with it but he was only able to get the rifle before he left there.
I would love to find a matching bayonet for it for his son.
