What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

THE PACKAGE is home!!!!! Her name is Abby, she is four years old and she is a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix. It was driving us crazy not having the companionship of a dog. She'll out live us but we've made arrangements for that.

When we picked her up.

After she'd been home for awhile and after she'd sniffed every thing in sight and made at least fifty laps around the yard.

Congrats on the new pup.

What pattern is that Case? It looks like a sowbelly but it has just one blade. I don't recall ever seeing one of those.

It's a Sowbelly. Here's a sample of the Sowbelly knives I have.

I'm glad you got a new pup Ed. Tomorrow she'll start training you. I've always said that they let us think that we're training them, when they're actually training us.. My dogs have never been spoiled.:)

I placed my ebony GEC 39 Bunny knife on top of my A. Wright & Sons lambsfoot to imagine a possible new lambsfoot for GEC to produce.

Often pictured this over the last year, what a little gem it would be.

Totin’ this wonderful knife today, excluding the WN Lambsfoot that’s packed away for my BD 🎂🎁 this is my first 93 and my first swayback from GEC and what I cracking knife it is!
Fit and Finish ain’t perfect, off-centre blade and a crack in the cover but none of that bothers me, it’s happened to be one of those knives for me that you just forgive it’s shortcomings because it’s gives you that fizz?
The walk and talk is lovely and the Snakewood is just about as Snakey as I’d like, an absolute classic looking knife that is truly wonderful in the hand.

I’d like to handle a 47 Viper to compare the 2 sizes of what I call the Throat, pivot end, as this slimmer 93 feels very swift in the hand… I’ve a 74, perhaps I hold it wrongsideup and close my eyes tightly 🤔

Nice combo. 😇👍
Please forgive me, but I have to ask. What did you regularly pair with the Pioneer before getting the 112?
For over a year I've been carrying some sort of Buck. Either a 110 or mostly a 112. Before that, most of the time it was a Chris Reeve Sebenza or Inkozi. No matter what new knife I bought, I seemed to always go back to the CRKs.
