Have this Rail Splitter out on my desk. Don't know what I'm gonna do with it but it's out for fresh air anyway. Corned Beef Hash and waffles for breakfast.

Very nice Ed! I’m not sure why the Rail Splitter pattern never became more popular. I love them!

Thanks, David. We were at a local antique fair yesterday and I picked up that book, a 1938 reprint. It prompted me to take that pic.

Cleaned up some more. I'm carrying the large Case now. Blades were completely covered in rust, and bolsters were layered in green from being stored in a sheath from who knows how long.

My 2008 Case Trapper. 2024 Case Sod Buster. 1988 Victorinox Huntsman. The Huntsman was a gift from my wife for either Christmas or my birthday before we got married in 1989. So I am just guessing it is a 1988. But it could have sat in the shop for years so I really don't know.

Lol, thank you. That's the perfect pic for it too since I am a HUGE Trekkie. My wedding ring even has the Starfleet emblem on it.

I "think" I will return to the tried & true carbon steel, come Monday or Two's day.
"Stain Less" is o.k., but I still prefer carbon.
