What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Gorgeous pick-bone on that NYKC, WinMag! I've been carrying stockman knives lately, but switched this morning to my Case-Bose WT.

Another foggy start to the day here in the City by the Bay! Heading out shortly for the weekly pilgrimage to the grocery store albeit a day early. Pulled out a couple of acorns with a nod to Stag Saturday. Have a great weekend folks! 😀

Thank you! It was my late father’s and my favorite belt buckle. I think Heritage Mint made this one if that is what you are asking?
Yeah, I thought it might be made by BTS because they were one of the major players in buckles that were actually solid brass as opposed to that terrible faux aged brass plated pot metal

I brought three knives to the mountains for the weekend; the Camillus Army Engineers knife, the new GEC 2AB, and my much used GEC 43. I had a thought that the 2AB might replace the 43 on my outdoor adventures, with that sexy 440C stainless blade. I don’t know. I’ve taken the 43 on so many trips, it’s hard to think of using anything else. I really love that 43; it’s got so much history with me. But we’ll see if the 86 can begin to prove itself.
