Yeah, I thought it might be made by BTS because they were one of the major players in buckles that were actually solid brass as opposed to that terrible faux aged brass plated pot metal
Yeah, you started me down a rabbit hole with that BTS mention. I hadn’t heard of the brand and now I have some on my watchlist on the bay. They made good looking buckles.

I inherited this one from my grandmother as a kid and have been wearing it every day for the past 10 years or so.

I was told that it was given to her by Tennesee Ernie Ford who would stop at the local discount store where she worked and hit on her as he passed through town, but it's not engraved or anything like that so I'm not betting on that being true.
I just know that I always thought it was cool.
