Yesterday I was carrying a Vintage Bone Sowbelly made in 2002. Today I'm carrying this 2001 Antique Jigged Bone SS Sowbelly in my pocket. It was made in 2001 - the first year of the Case/Bose Sowbelly collaboration. Biscuits and gravy with Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage for breakfast.

Happy to oblige, Charlie! It's overdue to be carried anyway. Back in the eighties, passing through Warsaw Mo. hauling propane, I stopped in at Bishop's Gunstocks, RIP, for a looksee and to drool over their incredible stacks of figured black walnut being turned into some of the world's best exhibition grade stocks. Came away with a little cutoff piece with nice figuring, not knowing what I'd end up doing with it.

Odd pairing for me today. Farmer and Cadet. No particular reason. Meet with funeral home today to do some preplanning for me and the wife. Health is decent except for my legs but we are just putting things in order.
