A cold and rainy day here in the City by the Bay . Finally let up some after raining hard for the last several hours. Looks like on and off for the rest of the day. So Lou and I will just stay home where it’s warm and dry. Keeping me company a snake wood lamb and Yankee Barlow. Have a great day folks!

Gonna be rain and snow over the next week so were sticking close to home for the most part but have both vehicles and the tractor topped up with fuel for going if we have to and plowing if I have to. This 6347 is in my pocket today. ???? for breakfast. "Abby" the Hoarder isn't going to be a happy camper - she doesn't like the rain or snow.

Abby is still adjusting, Ed. Be sure to act excited and overjoyed about plowing the drive, and shovelling the walk. She'll pick up on it, and start to like snow.

Went out right before sunup after our first snow. Puppy Boy got about five feet on the deck, and turned to look at me. The look on his face was saying "you see this Dad?".

He likes to eat the crunchy icy parts.

For Thrifty Thursday I broke out my old AG Russell yellow Delrin sowbelly Wharncliffe for work today. I call it my Raptor Claw.

Warm today,driving out in my blues mobile Sun roof open and windows down to the great outdoors.

Took a meal from a French Army ration pack with me and had lunch outside near the river.

The French rat packs are superb and well worth the money.

One of Charlie’s finest HJs in my pocket.

Nice Copper & Clad 112 SFO.
I have the 110 version. Buck's 5160 takes a great edge ... as does all their other blade steels.

I don't know if there will be another run of Copper and Clad's 100 series SFO's with 5160 blades.
I suspect there won't be. C&C have been sold out for quite a while.

I heard they are not doing dealer SFO's anymore. (why Stephan closed SK blades. He only sold Buck SFO's )
C&C added other brands to their lineup. I think they were Buck only for a long while; SFO's and standard production, back when they were a supporting member.
