What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I tried forcing a patina with instant coffee, this is the result. The smaller one (nr 8) is new, the nr 10 has been with me some years. After I loaned the 10 to someone who left it soaking in the kitchen sink it needed some renovation so I thought to try something new. Both knives handles are bathed in oil and waxed, I packed the pivot areas with petroleum jelly. These are both very sharp as my thumb can testify. I must say I really like Opinel knives, I plan to get a nr 5 and mod it.

Going to make a small (only/just a +5/16") change.
Swapping out my Case 10375ss for my c.1978-1984 Old Timer 858 "Lumberjack" stockman. (A Grail stockman to me.)

No other changes.
Though to be honest, it was tempting to pocket one of my small stockmans, (a 2014 standard production) Buck 301 (3/8" smaller than the Case.) Maybe I will carry the Buck next week.

Hey look! We have finally discovered something that instant coffee is good for!😁

I like Schrade Serpentine Jacks. So some years back, decided I needed a SC503. Even though it's the same knife as a 194, aside from the whitish yellow delrin with scribbling on it.

Tried to straighten the bent tip and broke it, so I replaced it with this blade leftover from Schrade's End Of Days selloff, losing forever it's SC503 tang stamp.
Now a favorite of mine.
