John you must be a fan of the, “Shinning”
I don’t watch horror films, Red Rum is a famous horse.John you must be a fan of the, “Shinning”. Which one is Red Rum?
Thank you Will, and I agree it's a great pair. The fixed blade is a Cowbell model made byExtremely effective pairingThe Fixed has wonderful handles, some kind of G-10 or? I have a Bark River somewhere that has Jade Green glo type handles (had to have them put on as the original Bocote warped with careful use, their quality is not always what they want you to believe....)
Glad to hear your enjoying it! Thought I'd chime in on the material. Opal and Tiffany are really similar. The Opal is slightly translucent like a Ghost Jade (never been a fan of the ghost jade personally) with the Tiffany being a solid opaque. Really interesting colors, I'm considering fooling around with putting Opal or Tiffany liners on an Ivory handle.Thank you Will, and I agree it's a great pair. The fixed blade is a Cowbell model made byRedmeadow Knives . The handles are called Opal G10, or Tiffany blue as I see it (I'm secure enough in my manhood to say it).
I was recently fortunate enough to pick this one up and I use it almost everyday in the kitchen. I love it.
