What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I hope you get an honest undertaker!
i 2. 🤨
i will be sad & upset if pocket knives, archery equipment, muzzleloader, claymore sword (hope I kin find & get a good one. 😇👍) and evertything else is not put in with me.
I want the archyologist that digs me up in say a few hundred thousand or a million plus years to say ""WHAT THE F*KING HE'LL?!?" when s/he opens my box and finds weapons from BCE ("Shepherd's Sling" and blowgun) through middle ages, to 21st century in with me. If my plan works, instead of a suit or kilt, Isle be wearing ither a knight's set of plate armor, or a set of chainmail.
I figure things like the pocketknives, Diamond Edge compound bow, and the horse bows just might be the last in existance. 😁👍

I still think it would be "nifty"/"far out"/"way cool" if the archyologist that finds my box and opens it is a direct descendent. 😁

OH! I am also going to have a laminated copy of my (live) birth certificate, and my quit living certificate in the box as well. Lettum no who them found, and exactly when it was on the census. 🤓 Who 👃? ... At Least ONE acadamian/scientist might want to no.

I believe that stag whittler found the perfect with you Harry. Sweet knife!
I'm looking forward with meeting up with you and the others later this month at the Badger Knife Show. Got my truck in tip top shape I believe so I won't have any issues like I did last year enroute to the show.
🤞No flat tires this time, Greg!
Thank you, I agree about the handle shape. Not only that, but being a split back whittler, the handle has a distal taper!

Nice use of a term usually heard in anatomical discussion🤙
And nice pocket knife!

AMAZING!!! 🤯😳
I isn't the only one here with those two canoes! 😁👍
(tho i mite be the only 1 here that pairs them with their matching 4.25" closed stockmans ... 🙄)
I think I knew (probably at several different times) that we both had those two canoes, but I always forget it until I get re-reminded. I think we both have Case CV amber bone canoes, too, right? Do you have a Buck canoe, too? I think you've got a Hammer Brand gunboat that I don't have. I probably forget what canoes you have because it seems like you don't carry canoes as often as some of your other (usually bigger) knives.

Here are a couple more knives I'm carrying this week.
SAK of the Week is an Alox Classic (thanks, Ken):

Stockman of the Week is a wood Buck 373 that's the last pocketknife my late father-in-law carried. I'm not sure what kind of steel it has for the blades. I bought a bone Buck Trio (aka 373, aka Chinese Buck Cadet) at Walmart in 2014 that has 420j2 steel according to the packaging. But I recently noticed that some sellers now claim that the Buck 373 uses 440C (and some other offshore Bucks now use 420HC instead of 420j2). I don't know when that change was made (nor do I know when FIL got his Buck 373).

GENEROSITY ABOUNDS HERE!
Once again it surfaces here on the porch. A gentleman saw that I was searching for a GEC Navy knife.

To my utter surprise, Dan@SF fanatic offers me his. I am deeply touched by his generous act.

Thanks so much Dan.👍🏻View attachment 3121300
You’re more than welcome Bob! Your generosity here on the Porch is well appreciated and needs to be celebrated! 🎉
