What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I want to give a huge shout out to Modoc ED Modoc ED for the 93 pictured with my 47. His generosity is over the top, as I have benefited from it with this 93, and a handful of other wonderful examples that I plan to share in the coming days. Thank you, Ed!View attachment 3124245

Red #15 today as I wanted small and slim.

Perfect motorbike weather today.
Couldn’t eat all of the delicious small (small?) breakfast at the Super sausage cafe..
😆

Then went over to the National trust Stowe for a cuppa and a short ride around the grounds.
Looking in the shop I asked just how dangerous it was with all these old folks that they sold the SAS book.
🤣

A lady asked if I wanted to handle her parrot (oh matron)
😁

Billy the parrot was a stunner she knew it and was very friendly.
I really enjoyed that interaction with Billy.

You will have to imagine the stunning English scenerary as I didn’t stop for photos.
Top day despite the pain.😎

Me and Billy the female Parrot.😁

I love that you carved your initials in the bone, Charlie. It's a knife. Your knife.🤙

Thanks for the views🤙
Given how abrasive paper is, I'd guess that one was actually used in the mill.

Yes, Jer. I repurposed some elk antler, rescuing it from becoming a dog chew.

I started piano lessons when I was seven.
Our first stereo was an Ampex reel to reel, and an uncle gave us some tapes he'd recorded. The two that impacted me most were an incredible version of The 1812 Overture in which they used authentic British and French muskets and cannons, and Glen Campbell's "12 String Guitar".
That one is what pushed me into switching from piano to guitar lessons at age eleven.
That’s a cool story to hear! If you are still in a Glen Campbell mood, I can highly recommend that specific album. That album has a lot of great renditions of his songs, better than the studio versions, plus some comical intros too.
