Thanks Jon. Nothing more exciting than a broken tendon I'm afraid, the scar came from the subsequent operation.

So, you were hanging on by your fingertips dug into the Cliffs of Dover during the War, and one of the bombs knocked your grip loose so you were then only hanging by one finger... and then, and then... come on.. theres got to be more of a story there.
