Some late Global Warming there, huh?
Got a short shot-through-the-windshield video from my son last evening of his drive home from Boulder. Told him to put down his phone and keep his hands on the wheel.
According to the news, it was supposed to be their biggest winter storm of the season.
Hopefully it will help fill the Denver area reservoirs, because they are already on watering restrictions.

This Virginia Creeper will add some greenery to this dead elm. It's mother tree, which is huge, shows no sign of Dutch Elm Disease. If I was more ambitious, I'd fire up the chainsaw, but I'll probably let the woodpeckers enjoy it for a few years until a big wind does the job for me.
