Ed we’ve lived here for over forty years and it has never gotten above eighty degrees here at the homestead. We’re too close to the ocean which acts as nature’s AC even when we have an off shore wind. Forecast is for the low to mid seventies. But you never know 🤷.
That I did not know,I thought being a southern city and all you would have a lot of days were your cooking in the oven, but just googled it and your in some kind of fog cooling mist coupled with the chilliness of the pacific ocean.

We are definitely not a southern city unlike LA which has much higher summer temperatures. Now here in the Bay Area there’s a lot of what we call micro climates. It can be sixty degrees at my house but go ten to twenty miles inland and it routinely gets into the upper nineties plus. One of the reasons I love the City is that it’s almost always jacket weather 😀.

The outdoor/traveling kitchen set. I made a kitchen knife of the Helle Dele blade, it looks "hand made" but works very well. I made the bag of heavy cotton canvas cloth. The Spyderco is new and seems to fit the kitchen role fine. By the way, I wonder how people feel about the steel of stainless Grohmann, it sharpens well but the steel might be a bit outdated by todays standards? Still the ergonomics fit this role.
