What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I'm giving the neighbors a few more minutes to wake up then I'll be firing up the string trimmer, lawn mower and leaf blower. I guess I'm just a overly considerate kinda guy.
Starting the day with these two knives, mostly because it feels like I have not carried them enough recently. Have a good day, folks.

I also have this Skeletool in a belt pouch. It has only the knife, pliers, and straight and phillips bits, but those are the tools I use most often.

We never feed our dogs table scraps or other human food, except for four things: organic hot dogs, and string cheese cut up and carried in a little belt pouch for training treats, peanut butter that goes into a big plastic ball ~ the halves unscrew so it can be loaded with a tablespoon of pb, and it has holes barely big enough for him to get his tongue in. Keeps him busy for awhile. And Greek yogurt. He's crazy for it, and we figure the pro-biotics keep his gut healthy. He gets a spoonfull on his kibble, and he gets to clean the container for Vik.

Camillus and Camco.
The Coast Guard/Navy rope knife could shave my beard. If I wanted to shave my beard.
Later models made especially for life rafts included a can opener to open canned drinking water and food.
Our dog always waits patiently every morning for my wife to make her breakfast smoothie, because she gets a spoonful of yogurt, and a slice of banana.
Slipped disc has been playing havoc with my sciatica since the end of March and making it difficult to stand and impossible to sit. Physical therapy finally had me back to an 8 hour workday two weeks ago (standing desks are great!), but then I ended up in the hospital to have my gallbladder removed last week. All that tomfoolery sort of re-wrecked my back, and while I'm recovering from the surgery I can't do any of the PT exercises.

So I've had repairs done, just not ones I'd planned on. Knee replacement is not 'til next year at the earliest.
I know how you feel, Tyson. When your back hurts, everything hurts. Take it easy.

Oh boy, Tyson. I'll pray you'll find relief!
Gall bladder-ectomy, on top of slipped discs, AND a sore knee.
Kick me if I whine about my hurting knee.
