Thank you sunnyd and 338375! They are most valuable to me when used. 338375, the pattern # on the stockman is 6392.

That's a nice Gunboat Canoe Andrew C. That Bermuda Bone? Looks good to me. What were you thinking of changing the scales too?

Nice tl-25 stockman. I used to have one. I miss it.
Hey Mark, I think that barlows gonna be in your pocket for a while.

Fussed with a leaking drain pipe junction under the kitchen sink tonight. Used a Buck 301 to cut the Teflon plumbers tape.

Sometimes stainless steel is a good thing.

Perhaps we should come up with a new cutting test.

Is your knife sharp enough to cut Teflon Tape without stretching it?

Rat tail pinched bolsters, match strikes, and a unique shield
That knife has a lot to offer...

I don't normally care for stuff on the blades, but I like the cuttin horse.
Maybe its because I use to do a little ropin when I was younger and had more free time :(

I was going for my case 63032, but like a magnet, my hand was drawn to this............................................................

Case XX Red Shield Trapper Knife. 6254SS pattern. 4 1/8" closed length. Stainless Steel Clip and Spey Blades. Blue Bone handles with Red Case inlay shield. Nickel Silver bolsters. Weighs 4ozs. Made in the U.S.A.

Since I knew I was going to be doing some serious food prep at work I carried a Frosts #277, I like this knife a lot. It's got a 4" laminated blade but it is still compact enough to fit in my pocket, it gets wicked sharp and stays that way for quite a while.

I love it so much I got a second one.

I bought my first one from a local shop in Buenos Aires, and got the second one as a Christmas gift from my dad (he asked for a hint, and I sent him some Scandi pics).

Ragnar usually has them in stock: www.ragweedforge.com
