What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Love that Kaufmann and Sons!

And Tex, I've said it before, and probably will again, you photos are fabulous!

I'm still packing the case peanut daily, but now its acompanied by a RRider 4" 2 blade folding hunter-- my dream pattern.

A few weeks back I actually stopped carrying the case peanut, had a colt 3-1/8" peanut for a bit, carried with the colt 3" congress... The big 'nut didn't agree with me, but the congress was nice.

I'll try for a couple pics today if I can find batteries for the camera..

Your right thejamppa! navihawk it's hard to tell by the image but I think you need to reprofile that master blade. My 1095 Win. Moose gave me a fit until I reprofiled it and now it is about as sharp as anything except my large stockman, ouch:eek:!

Hi Peter, just saw your post. What did you use to reprofile the blade?
Thanks,
Steve

My pick of the day has an acrylic scale pattern that I fell madly in love with:D

Bad lighting tonight and not in the mood to set up the photo equipment, but thought I'd drop a quick Iphone pic in here. Just picked this up in a Christmas swap that Wudnme and I do every year. Swapped a two bladed congress for this baby. Big CASE XX tang stamp, so its got a bit of age on it.

Going to finish off the year with one of my favorites, Case XX USA 6318 HE stockman. Not sure what I'll carry the first day of 2010.

Hi,

Shhhhh! nobody tell Jackknife or Thomason but I've got a Camillus #21 Peanut in my pocket today. I've had it for a while but this is the first it's been out of the cabinet.

I love it. That is very cool.

Aloha Hunterfisher. Those scales are to die for. Really striking.

I'm still carrying the Queen 4" stockman. So far, it does everything I want it to do and does it all well. I may be stuck in this rut for quite some time.

Protourist, Knarfeng, and Markksr, Thank you for the feedback on that LavaLamp! I really did'nt fancy acrylics till I saw this model that Moonwilson had tracked down for his collection, lol my reaction was just like yours. Took some searching to find one with that 3d jigsaw look but I finally reeled in number 11 with the help of knife swapper:thumbup:. it was well worth the time and trouble...well it really wasn't any trouble as its actually kinda fun hunting down something you've taken a fancy to:D

today I carried JR. and my Queen peanut to uncap a coupla cubans:D

A Dan Burke Rancher in BG-42. I can't tell why Queen built a slipjoint like a tank. What a knife.
