Gorgeous. Who's the maker?

Thanks to Capt Kirkwood, I'm toting a #48 Improved Trapper Exotic Mexican Bocote now... It's my first traditional folder.

Congrats on your #48 Imp Trapper, Flivver. I have one in african blackwood and it has been at my side since Xmas.
The 48 profile just melts in your hand and the super thin wharncliffe secondary gets VERY sharp.

Agreed. I kind of bought it on a whim, thinking I'd like to try a traditional knife. I can't believe how much I like this thing already!

The GEC #15 Radio seems to get a lot of love... and for good reason! I have an Antique Yellow in my pocket today...

Mmm, I do like it when the bone starts to age like that:)

Tina 605 today

Looks a bit different to this image now. I've spent a bit of time removing the varnish and rounding the covers, filing the kick to get the backspring to sit flush and sanding the machining marks out of the brass. Just a coat of linseed oil before bed and she'll be set. I really like this one.

Thanks! Though I didn't realize it had, but that's probably because I see/carry it most every day.

I like the handle to blade ratio on that sheepfoot!
