What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Hello!

Started wearing a brand new and unsoiled Mora today - can't wait to see how it ages:

Kris - great catch! I had a Böker Leo III (one of those that still had the original Balbach damascus) and loved the damascus!

Best regards,
Alex

Thought i might combine "What Traditional Knife" i am toting with "What the Mailman Brung Today" if that is all right.
In my watch pocket my trusty Case chestnut bone CV Peanut and now in my left front pocket a Case yellow medium Stockman with punch, after i had washed the factory out of the knife and re-lubed it with my Boker Oil-Pen (a really usefull bit of kit) i think the punch blade on the Stockman will prove to be more usefull than the pen blade ,thats what the Peanut is for right ? Plus i have ground the pen blade on my Nut down to a Sheepfoot as i find it to be a more usefull blade shape...

I'm a sucker for mammoth bark. Thanks Kris for letting this beauty go.

Backside is sweet too. The texture on the blade is a nice contrast.

Great looking setup, Jack - that diamond shield GEC is a fine looking piece of cutlery and the whittler is a fine example of Camillus` high standart.

It´s time to carry the Serpentine Jack again -at least for me :D

Thanks Andi. Great pic of the wonderful 66, hard to beat that one I think :)

I bought this old Western for $6 this morning and cleaned it up. The pivot was loose and I tightened it up a little too much in the vise and kind of dorked up the action...hopefully that will smooth back out over time. In the pocket it goes!

I've had and been carrying this Victorinox Recruit on and off since before Christmas.

Though I'd give it a post here because I reckon it's on the traditional end of the spectrum, and based on the classic 'Soldier'/Camp pattern.

It's the same 84mm sizing as the Cadet, but with a small blade replacing the nail file. Also worth noting are the 'scratch resistant' nylon scales. I like these a lot!
