What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Queen Hunter in Birds Eye Maple and a pink Orange fresh off the tree... :)

EDITED TO ADD: Not that anyone really pays any attention to my posts anyway, but I looked up some info about these pink oranges which Charlie and I picked today. They are likely Cara Cara Navels (as of yet unconfirmed by the trees owner) and are the tastiest oranges I have ever eaten. Low acid and a very unique flavor.
Here is the Wikipedia link for anyone interested: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cara_cara_navel

Nice that Hunter, a big decent knife. I've been carrying its relative, a Teardrop Liner lock in White Carved Stagbone today, really thrilled with this recent catch:thumbup:

As for the oranges, very interesting and you are really lucky to get them straight from the tree. Up here in Scandiland no such luck :D:D but at this time of year we do get a similar orange for a short while from Italy. Small Blood Oranges that I juice for breakfast, very sweet and go well with coffee and rolls, a taste of the Med in the Arctic:cool:

Thanks, Will

I wish I could send you some!

There is a blood orange tree right next to the tree these came from but all the lower oranges were stripped bare and we didn't have a ladder...

PS- Thanks for commenting. ;)

I've got one of those Garonnais knives too, it's a tough big bastard with finger chopping snap!:D Kind of French style Barlow I think.

Today? Don't know, haven't made my mind up yet, spoiled by riches thankfully.

Regards, Will

Thank you kindly sir :) That would be the JH Lloyd that I was a so very lucky to win in Chiefs GAW last year...

Which I was so very lucky to win in Duncan's GAW. Makes me smile when I see you enjoying it, thinking about the miles it has traveled.

This pair from 2013 Blade will take care of my knife needs today. Use the desk knife probably more than any other.

I am carrying the 55 again today. Trying to give it as much time as I can. The viper will be here in a few days
