That's the cat's pajamas Anthony! Got me jonesing for mine now!

That barlow is sweet.

Love the sweep of that blade sunnyd!

I have been diligently using this Barlow all last evening on various chores while reloading some pistol ammunition and since early this morning cutting apples, strawberries and related breakfast duties. The D-2 steel and the well ground factory profiled edge is dead on.. So far she gets the 's up in every respect!

Canal Street Canittler, jigged bone scales. This is an incredible knife. Used the main blade yesterday to dissect a double thick cardboard box (I was putting together a new big girl bed frame for my daughter). It was like cutting through butter.

Now that is really nice. What sort of micarta is that?

Thanks. Its some natural linen that Kerry had. It looks like a cross between a canvas and linen. I just call it "folksy" micarta:p....well acually, Kerry called it that first.

Been carrying my newest knife, picked it up yesterday, all day and it has done a super job!

What is it you ask? Well it is my 3rd Humpback Whittler, in Molasses Bone.

Sunnyd, is that Al Buck in your sig?

Nope, its sunnyd's. :)

I didn't know Al Buck to quote anything other than Christan Scripture and Buck Knife's Company guarantee. Did he actually quote the topic of free speech too?. I'd like to know if he did.

Today. On my way to a funeral for an old friend in a little while. A cracker-cowboy funeral for a man who was 79 and has worked on a cattle ranch since he was 7. I already miss him something fierce and I reckon I am feeling kinda sad and happy. Sad(and selfish) for me and happy for him that he has, 'gone home' as he used to put it.. I am also feeling a bit nostalgic over his passing too. Jose used to love his old knives and firearms along with his Palomino's and Paint ponies. I expect we'll all get to chime in about that topic of conversation later this afternoon too.. Ok, now I am rambling on..

On my right hip..

And in my left pocket..

Thanks Ken, Obliged. His favorite patterns of pocket knives were Stockmans, Old Farrier's and Harness knives.
