I extended the holiday by taking a vacation day today. So, I get to carry a full sized knife all day.

This Boker "stockman jack" or "two blade stockman", or "serpentine jack with Sheepsfoot blade" depending on how proper you want to be.

Whatever you want to call it, it has 440C blades, olive wood covers, and has a very nice build quality.

I do like that dogleg. Some super ivory on that one.
 
Thanks Andy, I just happen to have my iPad handy while munching on the apple slices and took a pic. That apple didn't stand a chance against the Opinel! Lol!

I had an Opinel 8 carbon. It got to where I couldn't open the blade anymore. Not even with pliers. I put oil on the wood to try to keep it from expanding, but no luck. And it's not like I live in the Amazon. I may have to give an Opinel another try - they're certainly the right price.
