What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Primble - Another excellent choice. Just curious - Do you have any poor knife choices or bad pictures?

Gevonovich - Thanks. Much appreciated.

Some wonderful knives and pictures from you all, today I am carrying my Northwoods Indian River Jack in Amber Stag.
That's a beauty.

Feels like a one hand kind of day today...
After wrestling my two kids I needed a one hand kind of day. Those are spectacular!

I´ve had a hard day today. It was the first working day after two months from being off from work due to baby Max. It was propably the greatest time in my life until now - these last two months :)
So with a heavy heart I went to work today .... Queen Gunstock Jack was on my side
... and a Vic Swisstool Spirit on my belt.
Unfortunately this is the first of many tough days leaving baby Max. Just wait until he realizes you are leaving and stands at the door begging you not to go. They wiggle their way into your heart and won't let go, and you will never be the same. It's cool to be a parent and he's blessed to have a Dad who would rather be with him than anywhere else! Hang in there - and great knife by the way.

Stich2442 - I love seeing your pictures. Sometimes I even look at the knives! Just kidding! The knives always catch my attention, but there's just something about your pics that makes me want to go exploring some secluded place in a small corner of the world. Thanks for the daily getaway from my reality.

That's a neat peanut Jack, I love celluloid!
Simplicity for me today...

I love the Ebony boys knife. Simplicity it most certainly is. :)

I can see why, SH. Both of those beauties are pure cream. Great photos as well!!

Still working on Primble-izng this apple. It was caked with white frosting (paint), a little rust, and some black slag. The bolsters appear to be brass (?), so I am going to slowly work on them. Most of the paint is removed, a few flecks in macro remain, and the rust is beaten back.

This is a pattern I have long sought ofter and one I think even Lyle could love.

Got my moose out in the garden today. I've been carrying the harness jack so much I forgot what a solid, workhorse of a knife this is. It makes me eager for the small game seasons to start again.

That is a real gem Gevo. I bet Lyle would appreciate it too. ;)

I had a real nice old one cornered before I went on my Charlow spending spree. It will have to wait now. Maybe it won't sell - the price was pretty high. :D

P.S. - I hope that new word "Primble-izng" is a good word! :D

Thank you, I'm blown away my pics can bring out so much mental imagery for you, that's really great.

It's going on 3 weeks with this guy. I've been enjoying carrying stainless this hotter than usual summer. I had my reservations, but it has impressed me so far. Wicked sharp.
