Jack - That's an interesting and attractive peanut. Congrats on winning it! Barry's pocket slip and the ebony Charlow are great additions too.

mike Berkovitch - I agree that's a masterpiece!

addylo - beautiful photo!

Jennifer - nice shot of a wonderful knife. It looks like it's a GEC Conductor, but I don't think I've seen that one before. What are the scales and what's the color called? Thanks in advance.

Peter - great pair today.

Primble - I need to get me one of those rabbit holes if you can pull jewels like that out of it. Beautiful Boker!

Erik - the Indian River Jack is such a great knife and yours is one of the nicest I've seen.

Duane - a one hand knife for each hand. I like it!

pmew - beautiful and slim make for a terrific knife in my opinion.

Crazy Cannuck - nice pair of Northwoods.

Andi - hang in there, I'm sure things will get better at work and on the bright side, you now have even more to look forward to when you get done with work each day. Nice photo of the Queen Gunstock by the way. I have the same knife and am quite fond of it.

Smithhammer - beautiful photos and great knives - as always!

Gevonovich - oh boy, that W Saynor is just spectacular. Wow! Can't say that I've ever heard of the maker or seen that pattern/blade combination. Great find, and more pictures, please!

Michael - very nice photo of your Moose.

Pete - always a joy to see your knife and nature photos!

Old Hunter - at the risk of being alliterative, beautiful Boker barlow.

Todwalla - whatever the maintenance, I'm sure it was worth it. Very handsome Charlow.

I carried this one today for the first time although it stayed out of my pocket more than it did in my pocket. :D

Still working on Primble-izng this apple. It was caked with white frosting (paint), a little rust, and some black slag. The bolsters appear to be brass (?), so I am going to slowly work on them. Most of the paint is removed, a few flecks in macro remain, and the rust is beaten back.

The first of the wild berry offerings
Really nice photo of the peanut with it's breakfast Pete!:D

Old Hunter - nice Boker, looks to be quite a bit newer than my ole junker Boker!:D

Primble - I need to get me one of those rabbit holes if you can pull jewels like that out of it. Beautiful Boker!

Good looking charlow.

Thanks. It is a conductor in goldenrod micarta. My pics don't do the color on this one justice.
That's a pretty special one you picked out to carry today. Hope we will be seeing more of it.

Sweet Boker Primble!
Another beauty!

This one again today.

Cool shot!

Spectacular knife! I must say, your posts always catch my eye, but this knife in particular fascinates me!

Jennifer and Steven, thank you both for the kind words :)

This thread constantly fascinates and intrigues me with the wonderful knives that we all carry and share here. Oftentimes there are so many nice pics of fine cutlery, it is hard to pick which to comment on, so I find it easier to just chicken eye them all, then go on with my day. This thread is part of my daily routine, if just a vicarious peruser, or a posting participant, it is always a pleasure to visit here :thumbup:

I've posted this setup in the Traditional Forum but not in this thread yet. Now that I have a great traditional knife for EDC I can. Its a Northfield #56 Dogleg Bare End Jack. Love the long pull on the main blade. This one fits right in the left front pocket under the Saddleback card wallet.

Thank you, my good man! More pictures tomorrow

And ...the Barlow is one of my favorites pictured.

Deskil

Thank you kindly! I have completed my work and will report back tomorrow

Jennifer
Thank you! I enjoyed every hour of it...lol I had to go a little farther than I usually do because the bolsters were covered in a substance that would not budge with solvents so a little 2500 grit was in order.

Really enjoying my new GEC Northfield Dixie Stockman. Today I used it to whittle some marshmallow sticks for our little backyard fire pit cookout.

I finally got around to cleaning up this little 808 today.
All ready to ride around with me tomorrow.

I can see why, SH. Both of those beauties are pure cream. Great photos as well!!

This is a pattern I have long sought ofter and one I think even Lyle could love.

Case Mini Trapper in Amber Jigged Bone.

I have lost the shield in (why they don't glue?).
Can someone help me? Just to pull off that ugly piece of leather I set in...
