The 81 and a P'nut

Nice Gary, 1980 is an easy to remember date ;) and yes, the Le Compact is just about perfect carry size and man does she get sharp! The stag handle widens out nicely to the end so it makes an easy knife to hold and control.

You can also see the nice file worked backspring too, just a great setup from them.

Tony Bose visited another thread earlier today and made a comment about the Case/Bose WT, per Tony "You should belly up and get one. Best everyday knife out there I think."

I figured that out myself but it's nice to have some confirmation.

Gorgeous.

Here is "our" carry today. My daughter's Moonpie knife (keychain tool) - a very generous gift from ALLHSS - and my peanut (which she has claimed as her own as soon as she is old enough).

and now after the Moonpie knife is out of the package - she's just a little bit excited!

Thanks for making her one happy little girl, Logan!

Thanks guys we had a great dinner and looking forward to 35 ;)

I've owned a LOT of the Chambriards, it pains me to even look at this photo of the knives in the background that are no longer with me, but I 'THINK' I've settled on Le Compact with Stag, just really works for me and folks at work don't get too upset to see it when I use it.

Gary, I put a bug in Burt's ear about hammering a few more small Darksides in damascus. I haven't seen any in several years.

It's a good looking, handy little knife, Jerry . I hope he makes some more.

Congrats on the anniversary! I've got a ways to go yet coming up on our 16th. That's a beautiful knife too. Very elegant.

Looks yummy buddy! I'm really liking the look of that barehead #15 razor more and more. Really looks like it's made to work.
