I haven't been a fixed blade guy for a long time , but that is a really great looking knife . The handle to blade length is fantastic and the amount of drop at the tip shows it was designed by someone who knew what is needed in a working knife .
I"ll show my fixed blade ignorance and ask " Who made it " ?

That would be a Fiddleback Forge Hiking Buddy, Andy Roy has his own makers subforum here for his Fiddleback Forge knives. All of Andy's knives are really nice. Just be warned his knives can be addictive :)
