Great-looking FB, reminds me of my U1 :)

Sporting my old SAK Recruit with a serrated main blade. The little Ti toothpick I made for it is being used for swashbucklin' by the lanyard pirate. :p

:D

Stunning Todd

Thanks. The knife helped with a few things on my homemade photo tent so I decided to make it the first subject shot there.

Trimmed the parchment paper and the tape on the top cross piece. The biggest challenge was moving enough stuff on the bench to make room for it.

I know that feeling! :D Nice work

Back with my Needham today :)

That is indeed a gorgeous knife! Nice catch on the parallel with the painting - both are almost hypnotic (not to be a punk or anything, but the painting is actually by Van Gogh… :) )

Thanks Thales. I alawys get those two guys mixed up. I blame the search engine. :D

jujigatame - nice light tent. Ive been thinking of making one. Saw a thread on here about that yesterday.

I agree Brett - I might try making a light tent too - something to play around with. ;):)

I thought I would go with my two old Peanuts today, since I had them out yesterday.

The old mint and straight XX 1940-64 era on top and my old USA no dot 1965-69 era below it - maybe this pair needs to go in the Peanut thread.?:)

These three today. The 6292 on the top came in the mail yesterday. I have an old one in jigged delrin, but I wanted one in bone, although I'm not really sure what color this is.

Duane - the wood handled Buck looks great.:)

Wonderful knife and picture Gevo. I love the green acorns in the picture. An excellent replacement for the old Cica_ _ _ !!:thumbup::thumbup::D

I have some old ripe acorns and buckeyes in a wooden basket, inside my home. I might fetch them out for copycat pictures. ;);):D

Thank you, Sir! I would love to see what you come up with!! I can't wait even:thumbup::thumbup:

Whetstone
That is one beautiful barlow!!!!!

No picture yet, but my lovely girlfriend gifted me a GEC #15 Huckleberry Boy's Knife, Crown Lifter, in Ebony Wood. So far, I love it! It has replaced my #47 Viper (Also in Ebony) for traditional today.

I'll try to get a good picture of the 15 once I get home. The ebony has some almost red streaks in it that I absolutely love. The 47 I own is nearly uniformly black/very dark brown.
