• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Feeling a little nostalgic today. Carrying an AG Russell CM-7 made by Hen & Rooster in 1979 - also called a Vest Pocket Skinner. Wonderful little knife -

I'm tied up at work and can't comment on all the wonderful posts today, but do want to say to Primble that I think your 6263 would make a really special and memorable wedding day gift to your son.

I promised Jonathan a few photos of this E. C. Simmons Keen Kutter dogleg so I decided to carry it to work with me today and snap a few shots. It's a nice little knife that my photos don't do justice.

I hope everyone is having a great day.

I got the country cousin a few weeks ago, it's been battling the Tops Ferret for pocket rights but they may both just end up there, only complaint is I wish it was a little bigger but not as big as the GEC Bull Buster ;-)

I was thinking that this might make a nice gift knife to my son - for his wedding this coming Saturday. ;):)

That's a wonderful idea. On my wedding day, my father have me an old knife that belonged to my grandfather. They found it in his desk when he died about 15 years ago, and kept it secret from me until the day. The knife itself is no beauty, but it's sentimental value is priceless.

Your son will get a priceless knife that is certainly a beauty.

My warmest congratulations to the couple :)

Felt like a rainy Northwoods day, so I snagged the Fremont. Today's background is a 1924 book entitled "Introduction to Theoretical Physics" translated from the German book by Arthur Haas. Front cover is enscribed "James Watson", but I doubt it's the James Watson.

Believe it or not, when I first left college and started working as an Engineer, I did wear a pocket protector. They're just so damned practical. But the knives have always lived in pants pockets. ;)

Thank you my friend! You made my day bringing that pic over to the next page:D

Sean

I still have an affinity of mechanical pencils!! Keep the books coming with those knives and throw in a few pencils;)
