What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Believe it or not, when I first left college and started working as an Engineer, I did wear a pocket protector. They're just so damned practical. But the knives have always lived in pants pockets. ;)

We must be about the same age, I was that way as well, the pocket protector did not last though as my boss said that customers would not think much of me if I used it.
Back to topic I am carrying my GEC Viper in Ivory today.

I'm older than I like to admit, but younger than you might guess. Pocket protectors were definitely not readily available when I started working after college some 5 years ago. I've always been a bit anachronistic.

Another photo of my HJ6 that I snapped a few minutes ago while playing with the camera on my new phone. :)
I can't get enough of this knife!

I was thinking that this might make a nice gift knife to my son - for his wedding this coming Saturday. ;):)

Ooh, that's a very nice wedding day gift. I'm sure he will be touched - very thoughtful and generous. But, don't forget a gift for his "better" half. :D:eek:

Hey, you never know! My wife is slowly turning to our side, after years of listening (or pretending to listen, anyway...) to me prattle on about various subtleties of various slipjoints. In any case, congrats to you and your son, Primble!
