• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Primble, I mean this so sincerely, that is YOUR knife. Aside from the jokingly "it's got your name on it" the Barlow just suits you and you really are one hell of a photographer my friend:thumbup:

Paul - Thank you for your comments and for a wonderful old knife. I know that you know just how substantial this knife is too, built like a tank, so to speak. ;):D:D

Primble - I really like the namesake barlow.

Paul - terrific photo of your Charlow.

I carried this one today.

Thank you Stephen and that African Blackwood SB is a classy looking knife, IMO. It was my favorite from that release. ;):thumbup::)

Been carrying this because I recently realized all of my user knives have an irritating little burr that I can't knock off. Turns out I'm not as good at sharpening as I thought. I've spent too much time trying to fix the issue and it's turning me off knives a bit.

At least this old $7 shipped thing is sharp and good:

I saw that "stump exchange" in that other thread. :grumpy:

The one you are getting is very nice too! I can't expect to corner the market on those old Primbles. :D:D

If yours is sharper than mine, you better be careful opening them blades!!:eek::p

I went to cut the return address label off the USPS box and that knife blade went straight through that box like melted butter.

That Cat Barlow is awesome!:thumbup::) ) I tried to post the Cat comment last night, but, BF software ate it. ;):)

It looks like a razor in your pictures! Nothing like a shaving sharp edge.

I will be careful! I was holding my cat the other day, out side, when the terrorist cat that rampages the neighborhood came shooting out of the bushes....mine saw it before I did... I knew something was wrong when her built in razor blades cut deep into my hand  I got enough cuts...lol!

I don't know what's been wrong with my internet connection the past couple of days, it's been taking ages for pages to load :( The pics in these pages were certainly worth waiting for though

Great work my friend, looks beautiful

Payton that is a great set! Great shot as well.

Hope you manage to work out the problem my friend. That's a nice little knife

Sorry for your internet trouble. The internet is a series of tubes... and well you know the story.;)

Thanks pal, I certainly do! :( ;)

Managed to wrestle the Radio Jack out of my pocket today! :D Carrying the old Boker Jack gifted to me by Paul H, always a pleasure to put this one in my pocket, and the forum knife :)

^^^ Good idea with the Forum Knife. Think I'll carry mine today as well. Here it is mysteriously floating in a white void:

Some choice rich looking wood on that one Sam:thumbup:

Today, WCSB Queen Small Stockman for me.

Thanks, Will

I feel your pain - cat cuts get really SORE. :o:o

That Cat Barlow is awesome, with some beautiful bone.;)

Thank you, my friend! I think I have Barlow fever ...or is that Cat Scratch Fever...da na na na :D:D

Careful - it is reported to be very contagious - that Barlow fever. I have had it for a while now and can't seem to rid myself of it.

I have also learned that viewing pictures of them is not the cure. :D:D
