Not my initials, the knife was new to me as of last week, but it would seem someone tried to scratch some on there at one point. Either that or they were getting sleepy and going for Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz but ran out of room. ;)

Thanks ALLHSS I picked up my ruger #1 international and said shucks to that I'm carrying something light today I figured the 44 mag could more than handle anything I ran across. That Rossi shoots 2 shots touching at 50 yards and I can hit our 12 inch gong at 250yards every time ( if the wind cooperates )

Al,
It sure looks like Jack's Knife to me.
Just to make sure it is his, have him give You a description. :D

I love the long pull clip Charlows in ebony, awesome looking knife. I don't know much about vintage knives, but it looks vintage.

...

Anyway, I carried my Charlow most of the day:

Thank you :) Encouraged by your pic, I thought I'd carry my Sheepsfoot Charlow too

Partnered with my Radio Jack :)

I've been avoiding the Traditional sub-forum on purpose, I have enough knives to last me several lifetimes!

Today it's the #48 Trapper in cocobolo and the #06 Pemberton in Autumn Gold bone. This is an old pic from when I first got it (I'd take a fresh one but it's still dark here this morning!). I love the long sleek blades on this one. An outstanding slicer for meat prep in the kitchen, on the grill and at the table. The smooth cocobolo scales are so pleasant in hand.
