What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks Zach and Will. I am not sure but I am thinking it is appaloosa bone. It's a shame Case doesn't make this pattern anymore. It is very pocketable but stout.

Fantastic piece!

This new-to-me little Ulster jack. The beauty of the bone is hard to capture, at least without busting out the big camera. But it's some gorgeous dark, almost purple peachseed.

Not sure how old this one is yet, but the's in great condition and build SOLID. Some of the best F&F I've seen on an older knife.

That's a gorgeous Ulster jack, tstaut!! Spear and pen blades?

- GT

Thanks, yes, spear and pen with no half-stops. Every time I look at the bone it screams "Schrade!!!!" at me. I think it's trying to tell me something. :) I'll try to get a couple of better pics of the bone.

That's the best my iphone can do, I'll have to pull out my DSLR and macro lens and have some fun with this one!

This one today. This has the strongest snap on all the Case knives I own.

I believe I just asked about this knife in the "newest in" thread...? Beautiful! As in, one of those perfect knives, from form factor to bone coloration to gator snap. :)

I carried a Radio Jack and patch knife today. I wasn't asked about the patch knife, but was ready if so: "Oh this? It's my letter opener."
