Thanks Andi, the hands only getting worse and in time I foresee the day that all I'll be able to carry will be EO knives. I thought long and hard before I found the right spot (for me) for the EO notch---a world of difference now:thumbup: Either make the mod or not carry the knife---it was an easy decision to make;)

Have a Merry Christmas my friend and congrats on winning your bet/challenge with your wife;)

Nice cookies :)

Carrying this absolutely lovely E.C. Simmons gifted to me by Brett ( KBA ) a good while back. Brett gifted me another knife as well and the thank you thread is long overdue.
A big smile comes to my face every time I look at this knife! Thank you and Merry Christmas to you and your family, Brett!!

Glad the mod makes things easier for you my friend

I was out with some friends for a Christmas drink this evening, thought I'd carry this Albert Oates Senator :)

This one, a recently-modified Vintage Knives Model 1902 "Moose." Glenn replaced the ebony scales with dark amber bone scales. This is the knife I always wanted, but could never find!

Thank you Gev and what a great knife from Brett, have a Merry Christmas buddy:)

Hey Paul, I really like the personal touch you gave your BF knife! I think the notch is very well done and should prove, in time, to be just the ticket as the years roll on.

Thank you Perry, the forum knife just wasn't getting carried:o that will all change now.

A very Merry Christmas to you and your family:)

Great job Paul, I'm sure it makes a big difference:thumbup:

Thanks Jerry, it makes a huge difference for me...I think you and I touched on this before in another thread? The "pinchable" part is now beyond the long pull and it's fulcrum point makes it effortless to open now:thumbup:

Sending you a pm:thumbup:
