What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

3 inches closed, but fits in the watch pocket nicely as advertised. I'm really liking this knife, feels great in the hand and the blades are really pretty useful. I was worried that the main blade would be too stubby, but it really works fine. It's a good worry stone and a fantastic apple slicer.

Nice knives STI Flyer and SAK Guy!

Thank you Woodrow!

Say,how's the pull on that little Sunfish?

Ok all you knife nuts... Carrying this in the afternoon.
Someone tell me more about this beauty that I received today. Who really makes this, where are they from, what is Rigid's history. Thank you.
It has been a good day.
First, I won my first GAW! Awesome. Then this beauty showed up. I am now in love with these fat Spear blades ever since I started my search for a EO 85. This will have to satisfy me till one comes my way. Hint Hint. :roll eyes:

I concur with Rick Todd...that bears a strong or exact resemblance to Queen;)

Beautiful knife buddy:cool:

This one earned a place in my pocket on my first day back to work in the new year. I hope everyone's year has gotten off to a good start. :)

Carried this one the last few days...recovering from a fall on the ice and this one seemed to comfort me somehow. It's like the one my Dad gave me that was lost in the fire.

This little Lloyd is in the watch pocket.

Stephen- Nice choice and that knife has a lot of character.:)

Todd - the Rigid knife is beautiful.;)

Those are both beautiful knives. A small correction though, if I may. Queen did indeed provide parts to Canal Street Cutlery in their early days, but I can assure you that Canal Street Cutlery now makes their own knives. One of our own members, EA42, (Eric) works there, and is fine person, to boot!

I wish I owned more CSC knives, they make a great product! What is the date on that CSC? If it's in the mid 2000 range, then it's probably Queen parts.

are these their swell ctr jack knifes?

I wanted to buy a CSC, but they seem to be very limited on folders from what i have seen. They do look great though.
Edit: these would be similar to the Queen/GEC gunstock style knives?

No this is their gunstock pattern. The swell center is larger.

Loving this Watchpocket Sunfish.

I could easily fall in love with a knife like this one :) Very nice

Very nice Stephen, hope you enjoyed the break my friend

Yes, looks the same to me as the Queen/S&M #40 gunstock. Very nice!

+1

I'm off over to visit ADEE today, so I'll have a few with me, including these.
