What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Carrying the 92 as usual

Also, gonna ride this one around and see if a good clean and oil helps with the strong pull.

Stephen - outstanding Hammer Brand - hide it from Mark !!!!:thumbup::thumbup::D

Clutchcarter - nice OVB today!!:)

Gevo - that old Ulster Barlow inspired me to find one similar to it, and a few other brands of old Barlows.;):D

Mark - I love the bone scales on your Hammer Brand EO too. Look what turned up in today's mail !!!:eek::eek::thumbup::D

Whetstone39 - wonderful old Primble !;)

thales2015 - A real beauty right there !!!:thumbup::thumbup::)

I am totin' a pocket full of knives today, as I worked on all three of them this morning, making minor modifications.

I traded a like new TC Barlow to Lemmy Caution for the Hibberd, Spencer, & Bartlett Barlow. I figure that he thinks he skinned me purty good and was feeling a little guilty about taking advantage of a senile old man, so he sneaked an old red bone John Primble Belknap HDW. & MFG. Co. Jack knife in the box. ;)

Thank you for the little Ebony clad 3 & 1/8 inch Cattaraugus folder goes to Markesharp and in a round about way, to Rachel, who traded it to him. The knife got lost in the mail and it took two and a half weeks to get her via first class mail !!! Mark and I were both worried about it's fate !:confused::)

Thank you to Lemmy and Mark and in a round about way, to Rachel, for your generosity.:thumbup::D

The OVB lives up to its slogan....wow!! The ebony wharncliffe is very classy! And...the hot red Primble is the flame on top. Super trio, Primble!:thumbup:

Thanks again Brett - love this knife :)

David... nothing like jumping in the knife world w/ both feet! Wow. A Harness Jack is areal find. I would already have one, but the two blade thing and the non EO have kept it a little farther down my list. A sweet blade right there.

Here is mine today...

Nice knife, Will. I would say it is about time GEC releases this pattern for regular production. For those of us who missed the BFC knife, we have suffered long enough just looking at pictures :(

Thanks very much! It's bizarre that GEC have not had any other releases of the 13 apart from the Forum Knife, perplexing as it has a lot of potential. Perhaps they encountered production difficulties with it?:confused:

Regards, Will

It definitely has been a head-first affair :) Not even a year ago my first every-day carry was an Andre Thorburn…many knives have come and gone as I gradually figure out my tastes etc. but it's been a very fun journey - one leading to traditionals as my favorite overall genre. Still have that Thorburn and a few more modern folders, but traditionals have really struck a cord with me.

Anyway, great knives and pics as usual Todd! :)

Wow Primble the OVB and Belknap look to be right at home with ya. Hope you're enjoying them, as I am loving the red jigged TC Barlow you sent. An no, I didn't think I had pulled one over on ya.:D Just thought the Primble belonged with its namesake.

Been carrying this Washington Jack the last couple days. My wife just gave me this old 1940s Pontiac service pin so I thought why not put it in the picture too!
