What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Haven't learned how yet. Recently acquired old Hen &Rooster congress. Stag handled. Just took a very light touch-up to the blades to have it suitably sharp. Still looking to steal a Case/Bose lockback whittler. I paid less than half the going price of the whittler for the H&R, so i am pretty happy for now.

Just sent you a visitor's message on attaching pics. Hope it helps. :)

EDIT:
Thanks Peter for the compliment. As you know those 85s in cocobolo are about perfect for an edc.

So many beautiful knives today folks!

Kris - that lockback whittler is super!

Brett - Love the 85's!

Primble - Nice save on those poor neglected knives!

I'm enjoying this little sleeveboard a lot!

Stunning scales on this one.

Beautiful pair! Each is wonderful in its own way, but the old Schrade really does it for me. Thanks for the before and after - a really remarkable transformation! :)

I'm carrying this one today.

Gev, Dave & Mark - thanks for the compliments! :)

Gev - gorgeous old Ulster Barlow, beautifully photographed too! Is that a cicada making a cameo appearance in the background? ;)

Mark - I love the bone scales on your Hammer Brand EO. Looks like I'm in good company today.

Whetstone39 - wonderful pairing of old and new today.

Thanks for the compliments, Stephen!! I was trying something different. I put a tinted piece of glass out the other day and wanted to shoot some refection shots through it. The grasshopper is behind the glass and on it. ( bonus ) The shot did not come out 3D like I had hoped and will keep trying. The sun has to be just at the right angle and the first shots were test shots and then I ran out of batteries:( I will keep trying, but I liked this shot so I posted it.
